You guys know I love my smoothies! The smoothie I made this morning was similar to all my other breakfast smoothies I like to make. I add one frozen banana, (TIP : If you have any bananas that go bad before you eat them, pop them in the freezer to enjoy in smoothies. Peeling them and putting them in a Tupperware makes this process easier) assorted fruits, spinach, and a little almond milk for creaminess. I love this smoothie and it’s packed full of fruits and veggies. The fruit does a great job at masking the spinach taste so be sure to sneak in a larger amount of greens.
I have a full time job so I have to pack my lunch every day. I normally like to bring a plethora of healthy food/snacks to tide me over all day. Most days, I’ll get hungry again around 10 am so I’ll either have a banana or apple. For my lunch today, I packed a turkey wrap, broccoli, and the fruits you see here (whichever I didn’t eat for my snack earlier). This normally tides me over until I get home. The only pasta dish I can get my husband to willingly eat, Chicken Parmesan. This is one of my go-to simple dinners when I don’t want to overthink it. I’ll thaw a couple chicken breasts the night before and can come home and knock out this cooking in less than an hour. It’s simple, easy, and delicious!
