The heat of summer has set in and it definitely has me craving some sugary goodness! Instead of wasting the calories on your typical milkshake, I recommend trying out this healthier version the next time you have a sweet tooth. It tastes essentially the same as a milkshake and even has the same consistency. So yummy! I also recommend adding something like flaxseed or chia seeds to make this shake a little more filling and prevent you from drinking too much of it. Enjoy!
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of Almond Milk
- 1 Whole Banana
- Dash of Vanilla
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed

It’s really similar to yours! It’s almond milk, hemp protein, cinnamon, and a banana. It tastes very light & not heavy at all :))

Yeah that’s very similar! 🙂 Do you like hemp protein? I’m looking to work a protein into my diet and have no idea which one to choose!

Yes, hemp protein is amazing! It’s the only protein supplement I’ll use. Its got so many benefits, very nutritionally dense, & tastes great! My favorite thing is that it only has 1 ingredient. I get the brand Nutiva :)) lmk if you try it!
